Advanced Technologies Tadbik, based in Israel's RFID and near field communications (NFC), announced the upgrade of its smart tag packaging equipment. The label maker purchased the new CL60000 converter and PL30000 chip encoding and the individual / custom printer.
The company said the upgraded system is suitable for customized solutions and special projects, improve the RFID's Tadbik product manufacturing capabilities, and enhance the competitiveness of the industry.
The company's report said that with the new equipment to join, Tadbik now production capacity has increased more than doubled, and shorten the time of rapid production, especially for some of the newly developed products.
After a few cycles to complete the product, and now production and encoding only need a process to complete. For example, innovative products, such as ultra high frequency (UHF) animal ear tag or NFC UHF windshield tags require unique series of printing and online encoding, now can be completed in a single cycle.
