The smart grid is given to promote the development and utilization of renewable energy, the development of electric vehicles, improve the power grid task efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, the current major countries all attach great importance to the research and construction of smart grid. International Smart Grid Action Network (ISGAN) is the first session of the 2010 clean energy Ministerial Conference (CEM) initiated the establishment of the international science and technology cooperation mechanism, China joined the initiative.
