Use description
Construction method: brush, roller, spray gun; recommend the use of wool brush, roller, short high-pressure airless spray gun.
Dilution: the use of the former should be evenly mixed, for the best effect, roller coating, brush can be added no more than 20% of water dilution (according to the construction feel, as appropriate). If the use of no gas spraying, can add more than 10% of water dilution.
Substrate treatment: remove the surface dust, grease, mildew algae and other adhesion, keep the surface clean, dry and firm, the wall surface moisture content less than 10%, pH value is less than 10. The old wall used to get rid of the old blade film, and using sandpaper.
Recoating time: in dry film 30 micron, 25-30 C: dry 30 minutes; dry 60 minutes; recoat interval 2 hours.
Tool cleaning: after the completion of the painting and painting, please use the apparatus for cleaning.
Consumption of paint: 10-12 / kg / M (single pass dry film thickness of about 30 microns). Due to the actual construction of the surface roughness and dilution ratio is different, the amount of paint is also different.
