Based on black kerneled rice made by extraction, refining, an anthocyanin pigments, purple-red liquid or powder, soluble in water and in aqueous ethanol. Good solubility, no smell, is wine, soft drinks, fruit juice, jam, cold drinks and other foods ideal colorants.
