Ginger stem by steam distillation or supercritical CO2 extraction of essential oils. Product Red clear liquid, aromatic with ginger. Soluble in oil, have antioxidant effects. Widely used in flavoring, cake, cookies, alcohol-containing drinks, various flavors of good seasonings.
