Regional Sales Manager

Job description:

• Familiar with Textile auxiliaries industry, engaged in the marketing industry for over 5 years, aggressive, strong sense of responsibility
• On the area of responsibility of dyeing and printing enterprises, washing plant, auxiliary chemical plants, traders have some understanding and connections
• Preferably from a car driving licence and vehicle, long-living area
• Have large auxiliaries such as enterprise or dyeing factory working experience is preferred
• Salary: basic salary + Commission (such as the treatment of these conditions a, b and d can be interviewed high salary guarantees

 

Director of sales

Job responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager make the company sales strategy plans, sales plans;
• Organize and supervise the company's sales strategy, sales of business plan implementation;
• Responsible for the institutionalization and standardization of business management within the company;
• Organization of annual marketing plans and marketing costs, internal profit plan;
• Responsible for coordinating the company's business sectors, accounting, administrative and customer collaboration;
• Leadership responsibility for working in the Marketing Department, and coordinate the Department's internal operations.

Qualifications:

• Full-time undergraduate degree or above;
• More than 10 years experience, textile and chemical industry sales experience is preferred;
• With strong sense of professionalism and a wealth of management experience;
• Must possess outstanding leadership and management skills and good management concept, familiar with advanced management mode;
• Cheerful, enthusiastic, clear thinking, agile, full of pioneering spirit, strong sense of responsibility and dedication; highly dedicated, can work under pressure;
• Have strong communication skills and language ability, strong public relations skills, adaptability and negotiation skills, strong coordination skills and a strong sense of team spirit.
